CRWN Infinity orders are dispatched from within Australia and delivered nationwide with tracking.
Order Processing
Orders are prepared for dispatch within 2 – 3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Pre-ordered items enter processing once the stock arrives in our warehouse.

Estimates are measured from the date of dispatch, not from the date the order is placed. For Tasmania, the Australian Capital Territory and remote localities, please contact our team for a current estimate.
Order Confirmation
A confirmation email is sent as soon as an order is placed, and a second email follows once payment clears. If neither arrives, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us — we are happy to resend either message.
Tracking
Tracking details are issued by email once your parcel leaves our warehouse. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear with the carrier.
Delivery Address
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing an order. Where a parcel cannot be delivered because the address was incorrect, the order is refunded on its return to us and can be placed again with corrected details.
Changes to an Order
Contact us as soon as possible if an order needs to be amended. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier we are no longer able to change its contents or destination.
Delays
Carrier networks occasionally experience delays during peak periods or adverse weather. These delays sit outside our control, and we appreciate your patience should one affect your delivery.
