What is CRWN Infinity?
CRWN Infinity is a rechargeable device delivering up to 25,000 puffs. It is the only product we make, and it is built around a single purpose: to reproduce authentic Middle Eastern shisha flavour in a modern format.
What makes the flavours different?
Each recipe is profiled at its source in the Middle East and rebuilt for our device, reproducing the original character at 99% fidelity. The range includes Double Apple and Gum Mint alongside fruit blends. Baghdad Nights is listed as Banana Taffy Freeze.
How many flavours are available?
The range comprises 21 flavours, from traditional Middle Eastern blends to contemporary profiles. The complete list is on our Products page.
What are the device specifications?
Up to 25,000 puffs, USB-C rechargeable, adjustable airflow control, an LED display with puff counter, and a stainless steel and polycarbonate body. The draw is tuned for Direct-to-Lung use.
How do I confirm my device is genuine?
Every unit carries a unique security code. Enter it on our Authentication page to confirm the device was produced by CRWN. If a code fails verification, contact our team before use.
Where can I buy a genuine device?
Only through our authorised online store and approved stockists. Buying outside authorised channels is the most common reason customers end up with a counterfeit device.
How should I store my device?
Keep it at room temperature and away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. Do not leave it in a parked vehicle.
My device is not performing correctly. What should I do?
Contact us with your order number and a short video showing the fault. Verified faults are replaced — the full process is set out on our Returns & Warranty page.
Do you deliver across Australia?
Yes. Orders are prepared within 2 – 3 business days and shipped nationwide with tracking. Estimated delivery windows by state are listed on our Shipping & Delivery page.
